How does School Interactions billing work?
We charge a monthly subscription that covers all your usage, regardless of how many events are synced into your calendar. You also have unlimited questions to ask via WhatsApp to query your data. The only limit is on the number of children per account type. Accounts are billed per month from the day of the month you start your subscription.
How does School Interactions keep my data safe?
We take the security and compliance of your data very seriously. We retain strictly the bare minimum data required in order to offer you services.
Your payment details are entered within an industry standard payment provider and never retained by us.
Your school data resides on a database stored on a cloud server within the UK using industry standard encryption. Our process that syncs your calendar in Google has access only to create secondary calendars – ie, it has access only to the calendar that we create to synchronise your school data into, not your daily calendar or any of the events within.
You are free to revoke access to your Google calendar at any time – and if you choose to delete your account, we will delete all information stored about you and your children.
How does the 14 day free trial work?
We are confident in our services being a significant time saver for busy parents – so invite you to trial the service for 14 days.
If you decide to continue after the 14 calendar days – then regular monthly billing will start after that trial period.
How can I check my account information?
Account information : current subscription, billing dates and number of messages used is available from the WhatsApp School Bot. Just ask “Please show me my account?” and it will respond with the most recent information.
